  The polluter pays principle applies only to legally operating mining operators. All galamsey owners must be arrested, prosecuted, jailed, and all their assets confiscated. No use assessing damage caused by criminals. Give all galamsey owners and their their top hierarchy lengthy prison sentences and and go after their assets, and that should send a strong message to others who may be contemplating engaging in galamsey.

  The real menace to Ghana is this Julor House NPP galamsey government that is in bed with galamsey operators and neglecting to protect Ghana's lands, rivers and natural resources. Ghana voters should therefore apply 'eviction notice' principle and evict this NPP galamsey government from Julor House on December 7.
