  The writer means selling the plants that are serving the masses so that they can sell outside the country for money. Listen to yourself.
  
  The PDS experiement was not enough. ECG is private and the private company is looking for protection against competition.
  
  Sixty-five percent generation capacity, in the writer's words should be sold to private people who can sell outside Ghana. What prevents the competent private hands from applying for the VRA job as Governement employees and putting their skills to use?
  
  In all sectors of the economy, being overpossesed about privatization is leading to people entrusted with public assets under performing probably because they are doing other things peivately.
  
  If you have money to buy VRA thermal plants, simply invest in your own private plant and sell your power to the WAPP and leave VRA's thermal plants alone. Stop trying to buy the country's asset at pittance for your selfish private gain. Period.
