If you act like your are above all other tribe then this is the posture and position you take. Ashantehene is a good person but his sub chiefs are the problem. They did not take into consideration that they were addressing a woman, a mother and someone's wife. They treated her like a slave who is not qualified to be alive. They had the opportunity to demonstrate the rich Ashanti culture and how conflicts are resolved in the traditional cultural way. These sub chiefs should be ashamed of themselves. Selective judgment. Just look at how they handled Chairman Wotome,s case. The is who directly challenged the authority of the Ashantehene. What did they do? They down played the whole case and swept it into the trash. Shame on you all sub chiefs.

Ghana is a Republic, yet we have some wiseacres who think our useless chiefs should be treated as some medieval Dukes. The whole concept of declaring a country a Republic is that, we are all citizens with no Monarchs or nobility in it. We still accord a bit of respect for our mostly useless chiefs, yet some airy-fairy idiots want us to hark bark to the bad old days when over 3000 Fantes most prisoners were slaughtered just to accompany our useless King Kwame Asibe Bonsu's mother to the next non existent world. in 1800s.Personally, I lost all respect for our Asantehene when he packed a suitcase full of pounds and dollars to launder it in England. His reckless and selfish attempt to launder the total sum of £350,000 in 2017 against UK banking laws led to a massive fine by the UK authorities on Ghana Internationa Bankl. They were find over £.5. 8 million. That collosal sum was picked up by the Ghanaian taxpayer. That dreadful act of Asantehene alone gives every Ghanaian citizen the right to insult him. And, I will never, ever hesitate in telling every Ghanaian to do the same. Of course, some dipsticks will come here and insult me for calling a spade a bloody spade. CHEERS!

During the appearance of Afia Pokua before the Asante elders , I heard one of them referring to the colonial days when people are decapitated as punishment when they offend the Asante stool but these days they use the blood of sheep atone for one’s fault. It was so shameful and despicable to hear the elder say this. He must be ashamed of himself. The elders disgraced Afia Pokua using unprintable words for her and their attitudes reflected on the Asantehene. The Asantehene must disassociate himself from that disgraceful attitude of the elders by coming out to speak on this primitive attitude demonstrated by his counsel of elders . Since they have made up their mind not to accept their apology , what was the sense in letting her appear before them and rejecting her apology with distasteful words. Why did not the elders take on Wontumi and morris Ampaw when the insulted the same chiefs .
