  The Lion share of Galamsey happens in Ashanti region, under the nose of a paramount chief who claims to be custodian of all Asante lands...he is often called Otumfuor! What is the meaning?
  Answer to quiz; Otumfuor = powerless paramount chief who cannot make a decree to stop pollution of water bodies under his authority...probably accepts royalty payment from Wontumi (Akonta mines) for galamsey in forest reserves; but he is quick to destool others who dont pay up. (100%)
