  Under the gold for oil exchange policy of NPP, we barter gold for oil because we dont have enough dollars to buy oil on market. Cos Corrupt ministers have hoarded $$ in polytanks and in dugouts at home (Cecilia Dapaah). We are waiting for IMF loan @$350m and it is finished be4 it lands cos as usual the thieves in govmt need to bribe electorate to vote for them. After elections, we are already in debt and cant service our debts, we cant raise enough $$ to buy fuel if we stop Galamsey. We will need to import dialysis machines cos we are all drinking mercury polluted water...except for Otumfuor & Ashanti region: They see nothing wrong with drinking galamsey water...what messedup country!!!
