  Since the Court has now decided to tell how parliament should conduct their business, then I believe the SC can go and run parliament as well. Nkwasias3m wo kurom ha paa. Even a chief somewhere could declare that no court in Ghana can turn his judgement and we have f00ls without balls like the SC under Georgina Wood who couldn't call him to order.

  In as much as I agree with you on some of the issues. Judicial injustice can spark civil unrest. Being the apex court doesn't mean any nonsense can be spewed from there when several cases sent to it glaringly ends up politically adjudicated. The apex court MUST BE FAIR IN ALL CASES. The only arm of government capable of correcting the apex court is the legislature and that's exactly what it's doing.
