I hope you write the same letter to SC about the treatment to SALL people. Have you seen the double standard? It was okay during NPP time, right? You have been silenced for sometime now, I guess you are back to play your fake ...

Bagbin has no choice but obey the Supreme Court. No one is free to undermine the constitution of Ghana and go scot-free. If Bagbin thinks he has the right to disobey the Supreme Court let him disobey, fall foul of the law, an ...

SC cannot dictate to the Parliament of how to run the arm of the State. We have to resist this arm twisting to set a dangerous precedent.

The idea is to make a lot of loud noise against the SC or the govt and then do a calculated U-turn. The rewards from the stash of billions shall be great.

A good write-up. Many are disillusioned by the ruling. Does the SALL issue not matter? The law works in one vein and in another vein it is different. God knows their minds.

If the Speaker is the fearless Fighter he professes to be, let him contest the authority of the Supreme Court by failing to comply with the ruling.

Bagbin has made parliament a Paramountcy where he exercises his chieftaincy powers. He cares less about what happens to the country. After all, he will be flown out with alacrity if his hernia strikes again. So damn all of us ...

I will be glad if one disobey parliament if a whole speaker can boldly disobey supreme Court orders because of partisanship. The worst speaker of parliament ever.

The speaker has not had the opportunity to reverse his decision because there has not been a working forum in parliament. Granted the Ndc sits at the majority side, it will take a working quorum to inform the parties of the r ...

I will be surprised if the SC doesn’t effect arrests warrants on Bagbin to appear before them and thrown into jail for just 7days.

    Rush and stupid write up.
Has the speaker told you he will not obey Supreme Court ruling?
NPP parliamentarians have refused to go and sit in parliament for him to anounce, what do you want them to do.

In as much as I agree with you on some of the issues. Judicial injustice can spark civil unrest. Being the apex court doesn't mean any nonsense can be spewed from there when several cases sent to it glaringly ends up politica ...
