  Do you expect the supreme court to encourage a constitutional crisis, they are people of wisdom who are required to demonstrate maturity and not partisanship. Atuguba ruled that sovereignty lies with the people and that it is the people who are mandated to elect a President .That the supreme court cannot determine the winner of an election. Eventhough there was evidence of electoral fraud and malpractice. Atuguba was criticised by opposition which they were entitled to but nobody tagged the supreme court with any label.
