  Wow! Efo Solo has, indeed, decided finally to tackle the bull by the horns. As a key member of the Overseas Branch of the FTOS-Gh PSA Campaign, of which he is the National Coordinator in Ghana, I'm very much aware of the issues he made references to; some he was more likely to suppress in the past. I'm very happy he has raised them now. Ghanaians are in the grips of unconscionable, Bible-quoting charlatans and greedy bastards who are ripping them off like there is no tomorrow, while they smile to the banks, open off-shore accounts, etc. The truth MUST be told!
  
  We're currently responding to the matters arising from the encounter with Mr Tsatsu Tsikata, which prompted to write this personal piece, so won't like to comment much on this. Part 1 has already been published on Ghanaweb too.
  
  As his junior sibling and the one who is the "radical," black sheep, etc., of the family who must be controlled, I sympathise with him, and welcome him to the real world of hard knocks. A junior sibling recently told me to go and change my surname because my writings on social media might lead to some evil Ghanaians harming relations in Ghana. That was his take on a response I gave to Efo Solo some years back, when some relatives expressed fears for my life, that they should rather go and change their surname, as it appeared they're the ones afraid for their lives because of my writings.
  
  Well, it wasn't the first time Efo Solo threw a challenge to the lot who were supporting the garbage bill, now law. Let's see if Tsatsu can lead them to take on Efo and we backing him. He is not the only one who read law in the clan. Some of us grew up too surrounded by law books, and records too. Me, I lost respect for them a long time ago. I only have "avsky," as the Norwegians call it, to express against them. They're just emperors without cloths!

  The first place that fossil our prospecting started was Eveume near Atsiavi.
  I don't know how much percentage the Soviet Union which brought the drilling rigs would have got from that project if it was not aborted by our too known J.W.K. Halley, Emmanuel Kotoka and Deku.
  Also, why is the matter about an agreement with someone to till your land if you can own a hoe and machete yourself.
  Or if a friend may help you to own a hoe and machete.
  I am not sure if oil rigs are not the market to buy or its when you had a sharecropping agreement with someone that that person goes to manufacture an oil rig.
  So to me, all the noise that my brother put up here does not make any sense, if he cannot come about the way and means to get our fossil products from the ground ourselves.
  He has nothing to offer apart from quoting some white man's laws, thus he must best keep it to himself.

  The matter of legality will nonetheless come up at some point since such projects must be environmentally regulated by government entities whether they be central, regional or at the district level.
  
  My question about "explicit suggestions . . ." was intended to see why the author was not thinking on the same level that you are. What about GALAMSEY? What does it say about Ghana's ability to do things on its own terms? Thank you.

  It is on record that John Kufuor in 2007 took 3% of Ghana's new found fossil resources and invested it in Cayman Island. When John Atta Mills took over in 2009 John Kufuor and his EO Group approached him with the intention that he and his family and friends gain from Ghana's fossil resources.
  Professor Evans Atta Mills rejected the robbery took the 3% and added to the nation's 10% raising Ghana's share in her fossil resources to 13%.
  In 2015 when John Mahama want to get extra 5% from Tulip and add it to our 13% to make it 18% NPP send emissaries to President Barack Obama to stop the transfer the shares of 5% to Ghana.
