  Ghana can't blindly copy America's Trump and Musk regarding their newly-minted Department of Government Efficiency. That will work in Ghana only if such an agency isn't staffed by the government. For there can't be any government efficiency in Ghana so long as the agency is staffed with party thieves who will get paid just to make empty noise while looting and doing nothing to improve government efficiency.
