Get away, away, away, away, away, away, away, away, away, away with your lies. Before John Mahama were Ghanaians not using internet and Facebook? Which among his very few so called Accra digital centre trained or even succeeded in training and graduating the youth for the job market. Apart from Dumsor and freeze on employing Ghanaian youth, cancellation of trainee teachers and nurses allowances, no Nabco and Free SHS,John Mahama also imposed limits on how much money Ghanaians could withdraw from their Momo wallets and bank accounts. So why wouldn't the cedi to dollar exchange rate be GHs 4.00? No public sector employment, no Free SHS, no chalk for schools, restrictions on internal and international trade, shortage of petroleum products, three months pay policy for teachers employed and a host of other inactions and reneging on government commitment, how can people conclude that he achieved something positive for Ghana? We don't have short memories.

Dumsor was NOT the creation of John Mahama. It was a natural occurrence. The drying up of the Akosombo Dam brought about the power crises coined as 'dumsor'. Do you remember former president Kufour took some pastors to the Akosombo dam site to pray for rain to fall and fill the dam? It was JM's foresight that brought in the power barges that EVENTUALLY SOLVED DUMSOR and had excess power, more than what we may need. Do not blame JM for the almost four years power crises. President Kufour relied on pastors which never worked.

Please nabco was just a failed project/policy.
The trainees are back home, jobless. Besides why should we be borrowing money to feed students in SHS? When they were at home, weren't they eating?

As for SHS, it's still not free! Everything we used to pay for in the BILL SHEET is now bought individually. The value is the same with just a change of name. Ghanaians are not analyzing it enough so they think SHS is free.

Allowances are just vote buying strategies. It's unreasonable and inequity for Diploma students in training colleges to get allowance while degree students in universities are not getting. But Ghanaians like free things even if it's killing them. Allowances were first introduced when the nation lacked teachers and nurses. So it was introduced as a bait to cause people to enroll (go and learn more about it). But now that we have more graduates than jobs, should we still be giving allowances?
Ghanaians are not fair to themselves! We will hardly become really independent if we continue to have this mindset; the mindset of free things.
Till date, teacher and nursing training graduates are still being posted while university graduates are not. Yet this ready job students are the same people receiving allowances. It's a shame.
We borrow money to pay allowances while we those we borrow from don't pay allowances to their students. I think our leaders are not thinking right about the nation, but their means of getting power.
If not for our natural resources that the foreigners will get from us, do we think they will give us those moneys to spend foolishly for political gains?

God help our homeland, Ghana.

Once the world has become digital, it will certainly get to every village whether Bawumia or Mahama is president.

Someone has a PhD in economics and the cedi is always failing. When he was asked he said he was asked, he said he is a driver's mate. When he becomes president, don't you think he will say the steering wheel isn't good? Then you say is digitalization.
The world has become digital no matter who is president.
Once the world has become digital, it will certainly get to every village whether Bawumia or Mahama is president.
