I can see the author of this article, needs to emancipate himself from Mental Slavery.
Africans can (and do) achieve excellence in all aspects of life. The thing that holds us back is the current disease of Short Term thinking and sustaining the inferiority complex, consciously or subconsciously believing that those that have pale skin are superior.
The Saudis & the Chinese, perhaps do not suffer from this suicidal affliction as we do.. It wasn't until the 1970's that Saudi Arabia got their first graduate.
