  You are wise, and we are also wise. We can also argue that land and natural resources as a ministry is a very broad area. So, work and housing can handle water, which is critical for domestic use. The ministry's responsibilit ...

  You are wise, and we are also wise. We can also argue that land and natural resources as a ministry is a very broad area. So, work and housing can handle water, which is critical for domestic use. The ministry's responsibility is not huge. It fits perfectly there.
