  The monies you are writing about is a paltry sum. How does Ghana export $10 billion worth of gold in 2023 and still go to the IMF to borrow $300 million? He should up his game and negotiate better. $10, $20 million is something basketball players in the USA earn in a week. African governments must take absolute control of our minerals like Burkina Faso has done. We shouldn't be blinded by neo-colonialist who drop a pinch of salt when we need to control the whole mines.
