  A high ranking Russian official was assassinated in another bomb blast in Moscow yesterday.
  I am not sure if the Russian security services are so weak that they cannot protect their citizens from these terrorist acts.
  The building in which front the criminal act took place is said to be a burnt brick building.
  I met Andrei Sakharov in 1980 and it was during our discussions that I got to know that the burnt brick buildings are cooperative buildings. Those days they were 15 story buildings and today 25 stories and more.
  Andrei Sakharov who claimed to be a member of a cooperative building society those days praised the socialist cooperative system, that it has been able to empower people to own apartments.
  I don't know is that is also the case in US and other capitalist countries.
  But I am well aware that such strong building cooperative societies exist in Cuba, China, North Korea and Viet Nam.
  So when the issue is about shelter, the socialist countries have far more than better than the capitalist countries.
  Can Ghanaians also copy from the Russian, Chinese and North Korean example?
