  Armed With This Knowledge They Can Be Better Prepared To Draw Up A National Development Plan, Because The Nature of Party Politics Doesn't Allow For Long Term Planning, Whiles Nation Building Requires Long Term Planning and Continues Pushing BY All and Sundry
