  You can’t serve two masters at the same time..if u are a Ghanaian abroad and u seriously want to serve your country Ghana, then u must denounce whichever country u obtain citizenship..how do u want to be citizens of two countries at the same time serving politics in Ghana..that’s rubbish..comparing football to politics is total foolish comparison..remember a lot of foreigners have become dual citizenship in Ghana, so by opening that having dual citizenship u can serve in politics, u mean foreigners who go have Ghanaian passport could equally serve in politics..remember politicians make laws that affects your daily lives, footballers can just play for one season and decide not to continue so these two comparisons are totally rubbish comparisons..if u want to serve in Ghana in politics, why can’t u denounce your foreign citizenship..why do u want to have dual citizenship..where do you swear yihr allegiance to..nothing will change, this law is perfect, if u want to serve in Ghana, u must equally be able to denounce your the foreign country you are having citizenship..u can’t serve two masters at the same time..never compare temporal football to governing a country..these are two different scenarios..the fact that u want to serve Ghana but don’t want to denounce your foreign country means u are not a good and patriotic citizen..

  So whoever wrote this stupid article means that if a wicked and barbaric Chinese, Indian or Lebanese comes to Ghana and eventually gets a Ghanaian passports to become a Ghanaian citizen, since he has dual citizenship, he can equally serve as a politician in Ghana..why do u want to serve Ghana as a country but u are not fully proud to be Ghanaian..why? The fact that u are not ready to give up your abroad citizenship means u are not patriotic enough..why must u hold on to two countries at the same time..nonesense..whoever made this law is very intelligent..he made sure real Ghanaians could be the ones governing the country..we don’t want any foreigners infiltrate into our politics because of some loose laws..this law is perfect..if u want to serve Ghana, then Ghana should be the only country u swear allegiance to..Japan had the same laws, Singapore has the same laws, United States has the same laws..Ghana don’t need unpatriotic people..
