This is a very exciting topic in any BUSINESS RISK MANAGEMENT. It goes with the Organization's CONTINGENCY PLAN.

"The Managing Director, His Deputy, the entire Sales MAnagement end up being poisoned during an exhibition. What happens? Does the Company close down instantly"?

In the containment of the above risk, there are OPTIONS ("A", "B") etc. Action plans shall exist to immediately address this:

- IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.
- CONTROLLING THE CONTINGENCY,
- STABILIZING THE ACTIVITIES, (RECOVERY)
-REVIEWING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AFTER NORMALCY (RESUMPTION)

So could it be with GH set-up also. I think we know that the next in command is the Chief Justice.

What a lame supposition. Kwaku, the scenario that you are painting, is far away from ever happening in the realm of probability. Your thought, that a day might come when Ghana will wake up without a president is laughable and illogical because the probability of that happening is unlikely. Even though you cited the assassination of President Kennedy and Vice-President Lyndon Johnson's swearing-in into office as the President of the US, within two hours of Kennedy's death is not a reason to expand the line of succession. What about if the Vice-President and the Speaker were incapacitated, around the same time of the death, something unlikely to occur, do you think America would be thrown into a country without a President? even though, its line of succession is the Vice-President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Kwaku, you know what, America has kept its line of succession to a President in the event something unexpectedly happens as status quo because it does not envisage the scenario that you are worried about ever happening in real life.
