Why don't you find answers to your numerous questions? For your information, many girls drop out of school due to lack of sanitary pads. Thus, your STEM will not help someone who has dropped out of school

I would like to commend the NDC for such a kind policy for girls and women in Ghana. I'm in the UK now but had my secondary education in Ghana from 1980-1989. I remember not having enough money to but items such as sanitary pads. I would often use toilet tissue instead and sometimes end up soiling my school uniform in class in the boarding school. The writer seems to be a man and may have a sister who has enough money to buy pads.
having the pads will not only eliminate the burden on some of the girls but also build confidence in girls to achieve their potential. I work in one of the big government organizations in the UK and sanitary pads are provided free in the toilet for all women in my workplace.
Well done NDC for your kind gesture to girls and women.

When the Ghana Free Export started to work in the early 1990s some clothing companies came to Ghana to open factories.
Some of the owners of the factories which were Indian were of the view that the Ghanaian women they employed can only urinate whiles on break or close from work.
So they prevented them from urinating during working hours.
Some of the women wet themselves, as a result stopped work.
Past are the years when girls use rags to prevent menstrual blood wetting their chairs, classrooms and playgrounds.
For girls and women not to carry along with them rags, menstrual pads come to help them.
This man seems to be God which prevented human beings from having sex. The reason being that he has no sex organ.
