  What is wrong with boosting the consolidated fund with mineral royalties that can be used, today, for much needed infrastructure development and also pay down the staggering debt of the country. I am all for making long-term equity investments with the royalties but Ghana needs capital for its much needed infrastructure development and help to reduce our absurd debt to GDP ratio and build resilience.
