  This is the kind of dependency thinking that depresses me. After over 60 years of independence, we can't execute any development plans without funding from external sources. And our leaders have always fashioned their thinking and rethoric this way. Madam vice president, please talk to Ghanaians about local revenue generation for this project. That's more realistic

  Ghana is a member of the United Nations and African Development Bank and we contributes our quota to running of these organisations, so accessing funds from these organisations to set up the Women’s Development is not fully dependent mindset. But I agree with you after 68 years as an independent country we ought to be aspiring to be fully independent and self-supporting.

  Ain’t you ashamed of yourself for going to beg abroad to set up a women’s bank??? We have many banks in Ghana you can negotiate with to implement your idea but look at you going cap in hand. Useless NDC!!!
