  well written with facts. hope those with the power to effect change are drawn to this publication. the writer should also do well by drawing the attention of the powers that be with his knowledge and prescriptions.

  I hope your message goes far enough to make an impact.
  A country that can’t even produce enough chickens but have agriculture departments in all its 12 state universities, needs a complete overhaul of its educational system as well.

  These are very brilliant proposals, Mr. President. We all know your strong intention to develop Ghana. Yes, We Can, Ghana Can! President Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah started these programs from the start of independence by sending students to study abroad, who were to return and build Ghana but we lost our way with time. We can still start all over again. Yes, We Can!

The person you have written to came for more money and to satisfy his political ego. Living a good a legacy that he can be remembered for is not in his mind. He is a reckless money launderer and an indiscriminate womanizer who thinks Ghana's resources belong to him and NDC.
