Governments follow the dictates of the constitution, laws, regulations, etc. We must be serious as a country to abide by our laws, else this turns chaotic as we see with the devastation of our environment (galamsey), etc. When Cecilia Dapaah's saga emerged, I admired Sammy Gyamfi appearing in several news media stations to express his uncompromising views about why Ms. Dapaah must be punished. Now when providence puts him in a similar situation, sycophants like this writer are crying compassion. Are we jokers or what?
