  Most Blacks, especially, Africans, with Ghana as a typical example, have sold their conscience and integrity to selfishness that create corruption and failure with no progress unless led by the white man. This is why most MPs in Parliament do not want to abolish the practice of "Political Appointments" and pretends as if they do not read my postings with numerous suggestions requesting MPs and Parliament to abolish the practice of political appointments and ensure that all top government officials are elected by votes to choose their running mate as a genuine form of democracy that will surely develop Ghana by competition and Expertise, since all professionals will get the chance to serve in top positions without any political dependency or interference.
