  Brilliant article. The emptiness in the academic credentials is demonstrated in the country's inability to progress in spite of all these scholarly accomplishments that adorn the resume of public officials. People seek titles for social clout which they believe can be exchanged for money failing to realise that the ultimate objective of academia is collective welfare.
