  What my personal worry about CJ issue is , CJ is not defending herself against what she has been accused of but fighting the technicalities like the formation of the committee, documents not given, venue of the committee, members of the committee etc. CJ is not fighting against the fact of the case but technical . That is why most of us are silence . If CJ is fighting her case on law technical grounds then go ahead and do it with your colleagues and leave us the public alone .

  The Supreme Court has ruled that whenever there is an allegation against a person of misconduct and that is stated in the query given to him and he answered it, that constitutes a hearing.
  The Supreme Court has also ruled that the people who form a disciplinary committee does not matter in case if the members are more than stipulated in the law.
