And at the end, there's is this segregation that make others feel they have not put in their best. Especially students who have to work full time and simultaneously

Why this social stratification according to grades, which sometimes makes others stooped so low in the midst of family and loved ones. Kudos to your write up and I strongly believe that it is going to go a long way to eliminate this form of unacceptable act to bring in play every graduate is equally important to each other.
