  Kennedy Agyapong talking about recruitment slots? That's sacrilegious! Who stole Ghanaian jobs more than that corrupt, boasting bully?
  
  I personally believe Ken alone may have bypassed state regulations to force-push thousands of illiterates on the workforce in Ghana, especially the security institutions since he openly confessed to it.
