  What the Vic President did was wrong, let face the fact. Though he did that with good intentions but he was wrong. He did not even consult Nana Adoo before doing that. His created opportunities for NDC thugs to beat polling agents who there to secure parliamentary votes. The man should have waited for the EC to announced the result. Truth should be told.
