Yes, there must be more education and sensitization of our youth. But the responsibility cannot only be that of the GAC; parents, teachers and all of us must support the discourse. We like attributing very responsibility to institutions, when we the citizens have a bigger role to play.

Please it is prudent to do proper research, so you do not spew out ignorance into the public space. The Ministry of Health has no such power to reset the GAC. The GAC is under the Office of the President and not under the MOH.
