The biggest challenge to financial inclusion using fintech is the MoMo fraud and authorities must go the extra-mile to arrest the alarming situation. This is the Achilles heal to the adoption of fintech.
MoMo penetration coupled with interoperability has provided the room to flourish financial inclusion so all cyber security measures must work with telecos to curb the MoMo fraud menace.
EOCO and cyber security Authority must collaborate and swiftly arrest MoMo fraudsters and the law must ruthlessly deal with such criminals with heavy sentences be it condemn prison or community service. The punishment must be deterrent enough!
