  Investment in health, sanitation, infrastructure and education especially in vocational training, science and technology is a must if a country is to develop. A country's first asset is it's populace and not it's mineral resources. First provide the necessary infrastructure, then educate them well to handle machines, equipment etc, train them in all vocational fields, health, etc, then they can help thrive our economy forward. Put up digital systems to collect revenue taxes, make sure there are no street children. Make at least basic education compulsory for every Ghanaian.
  
  Children with special anomalies should be given special care and training so they can earn a living in adult live. Improve the national and social security system. Make policies to help improve the lives of every Ghanaian, and this will go a long way.
