Ghanaians just don't know like to spend on customer service. Training is the problem. IN stead of paying a professional to train your staff, they will want to save cost by doing it them selves.
Dear Ghanaweb, what exactly has this got to do with the minister’s image ? Why not the image of the hotel being called out here?
