The president says he will name a replacement Defense Minister early next year. Has the Deputy Minister told Ghanaians of coup plot that he can't handle? There hasn't be a deputy Environment Minister so why the rush?

tribalism is the problem now facing mahama on such appointment because most of his appointments are based on tribal lines thus ewes or northerner and this one etc,etc for him.
