The real issue here is one of power struggle between the office of the highest position in the land, and that of our traditional rulers,...should chiefs stand to honor the President when the President is coming, should Chiefs stand in honor of the national anthem. Are our chiefs subject to the same sets of laws as ordinary citizens,...unless these gray areas are clearly defined, then I don't see anything wrong with what the short man did, even though I will never been a fan of his. One President may think its inaapo=ropriate for CHiefs to remain seated, and another may find nothing wrong with it.
