  @Massa, Yazz, 18 cedis pack contains 12 individually wrapped pads. The pack from the govt to schools contains 24 indivudually wrapped pads. Did you factor in the "quantity" in those packs as well or you were in haste to pull ...

  Again,Mr Ofori, in my naivety and non partisan stand, I have factored in the "cost" of the logistics of the companies engaged in delivering the "sanitary pads" to all the various schools. Ohene, enlighten us, will you?
