  Ato Forson is a questionable charactor because if he is a "Real Finance Minister, and understand what finances mean, I doubt why he and Mahama pumped $10billion to put cosmetic makeup on the cedi. Now, just image what is going on in Ghana with our poor cocoa farmers.
