  1. Was there a document fraud by JG resources impersonating Sesi-Edem?
  2. Was the contractual agreement between JG resources and Sesi-Edem expiring in June 2026?
  3. Was the entire contract between JG resources and Unigold/ Tayvest just the amount Sesi-Edem was obligated to meet?
  4. Was the entire transfer to JG resources diverted into personal accounts of a shareholder?
