  Massa, we African or Ghanaians simply fail to use common sense even when we have a template right under our nose.
  Take Britain for example. Any child born and bred in Briain automatically gets a National Insurance Number at the age of sixteen for life.
  When you apply for a job, you give that number to your employer. That automatically enrol the person on the National Insurance Scheme.
  It works, it is effective and has been in existence after the second world war.
  Applying this common sense approach will automatically enrol every working person straight onto SSNIT.
  Yet, our overly clever politicians always come out with "Bonkers" ideas that takes us nowhere.. So, it is no trainer in copying a foolproof system with a track record that works. I call it common sense.
