  I do agree with you. If Ghana has to leap forward in this generation and in the next, then there MUST be huge developments in other towns and cities for Ghana to move ahead .
  
  For example : I may not have to live in New York City or Washington DC
  or London or Manchester City .
  
  One can live very small towns or cities and still move ahead.
  
  There Needs to be a Development Plan.
