  If I got you correctly, after 90 days, the host country seems to be obliged to give whoever landed in that country some kind of residence.That us absolute bonkers?
  Based on that, so if 10 million Nigerians decides to come and settle in Gambia, Liberia, Togo etc they are within their rights..No wonder our Interior Minister is churning out resident permits to Nigerians like confetti.. So when will you Frank do your own cut off ...Ghana population say...50 million and 20 million of them are Nigerians. Who builds a country like that?
  Frankly, am not legally inclined but I think we should get out if this fairy tale crap that an Afrcan can move everywhere.
  Lastly, South America and some Asian countries were colonised too., but they do not do that. Their sensible leaders concentrate on their own citizens first,

  Ghanaian retail traders are very bad at making payments of debts to suppliers,this is the reason why Nigerians started retailing in Ghana because once goods are brought to Ghana and the retailers cannot pay with most playing ...

  Ghanaian retail traders are very bad at making payments of debts to suppliers,this is the reason why Nigerians started retailing in Ghana because once goods are brought to Ghana and the retailers cannot pay with most playing cat and mouse stupid games, what then happens to the Nigerian suppliers? do they return to Nigeria with their goods and incur further transports costs or?
  
  So retailing came to the rescue and then it became the tradition, Ghanaians have very bad characters of defaulting on debts, suppliers bypass and sell directly hance the constants clashes
  
  Ghana should not host the Africa free trade HQ and the reason is simple, Ghanaian domestic market is xenophobic
