  Very unfortunate, the South Africans are noted for these barbaric acts of torture but if our systems were to be working well, how can this happen to Ghanaians? Our politicians and policy makers must sit up and provide the enabling environment so that our people can get meaningful and decent jobs here in GH. Imagine Ghanaians traveling all the way to fix finger nails in cape town ?
