  Corrupt crook Wontumi never cared about documents on assignment of rights to mining rights or government contracts. Wontumi, during Akufo-Addo's term in office, always boasted that he 'buys' government contracts from winning bidders who find themselves short on cash to execute those contracts. Wontumi and his gang have been caught operating illegal mining activities in restricted forest preserves, and some of his top officials have made it clear that they were working for Wontumi. The guy is a crook and an arrogant con man.
