People like Bright Simons are just book long and haven't realised that the world has Changed....COUNTRIES ARE SIDESTEPPING LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND DOING THINGS THAT ENURE TO THEIR PAROCHIAL INTERESTS AND YOU HAVE ALL THESE TEXTBOOK PEOPLE TELLING US TO JUST GO BY THE BOOK AND NOT TAKE CRITICAL DECISIONS THAT WOULD BE BENEFITIAL TO OUR OVERALL NATIONAL DEVELOPEMENT EVEN IF THOSE DECISIONS GO AGAINST THE LITTLE LAWS WE MADE FOR OURSELVES....WHEN E&P SOLD THE GOLD TO THE GOLDBOARD, THE GOLDBOARD PAID THEM IN CEDIS AND THE DOLLARS THE GOLDBOARD WILL GET WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY SELL THE GOLD WOULD BE RETURNED TO THE BANK OF GHANA TO ENABLE THEM STABILIZE THE ECONOMY BUT PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN DONE BECAUSE THERE HASNT BEEN SOME ANIMAL CALLED PARLIAMENTARY RATIFICATION
