  My brother, you have hit the nail right on the head. And it's not just this policy. It looks like no policy in Ghana goes through and evidence-based analysis any more. Take the example of the 24 hour economy: no analysis and yet the government is planning a register of firms which are interested, with general tax incentives. I hope Mr Sam George realised that huffing and puffing, and claiming to be 'assertive' are not a replacement for a proper detailed analysis which includes the views of industry players and just those of their hand-picked advisors.
