  Okay, so you expect me to actually believe that Ghana's HIV infection rate can actually be ascertained from just extrapolating data from a subset population that has very little to do with the population of HIV patients in a region? Come on!
  
  Personally, I remember that during one of my 1999-broadcasts (of the Continental African Journal in Calgary, Canada), I posed a question to my interviewee from Orasure Technologies . . . I questioned him as to why he thought that extrapolating data of a similar sort was a valid and accurate depiction of HIV rates in various African countries at the time. Please note: his company sought to market their recently-manufactured (at the time) Oral AIDS testing kit using such data.
  
  My conclusions were thus formed:
  
  1. Without saying too much . . .
  2. Academics are crookish in this area!
  3. Medical professionals are leeches as well!
