  Any rice importer, especially foreigners must import rice only farmed in their countries into Ghana. They must not be allowed to import rice from a third country.
  When a person eigher Ghanaian or foreigner goes round telling people that rice cultivated in Ghana is not good for consumption, that person must be arrested charged with destroying the Ghanaian rice industry and be imprisoned.
  There are many ways to go about it. The problem is that we have a weak state security.
