Wrong. Zoomlion simply accumulated wealth and allowed the country to rot. Billions of cedis consumed by one person while Ghana remained one of the dirtiest in the universe.
Yes, wrong but before NDC cancelled the Zoomlion contract, the government should find another company to do the garbage collection because filth is engulfing the capital which will eventually lead to cholera.
You have highlighted the solution, Unfortunately, our political leaders can not think far. They lack basic common sense.

They never find solutions to any problem, then failing to think things through professionally, they create several new ones that are even worse.
They are the problem. Just give the cleaning back to the City Council like the good old Acheampong days when Accra was beautiful.
