  All the countries that have developed rapidly in terms of their economy share one thing in common – WITH VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS THEY FIRST DEVELOPED AN EXCELLENT NETWORK OF ROADS BEFORE ANY OTHER FORMS OF TRANSPORT
  Many countries that started at the same level of economic development as Ghana in the 1950's and 1960s who gave top priority to constructing first class road networks are today well ahead of us in terms of economic and social development. Two notable examples include Malaysia and Singapore.
  The ancient Romans discovered the importance of building extensive first-class roads many of which still exist and are even in use after a few thousand years- THAT IS WHY THEY RULED THE WORLD FOR SEVERAL CENTURIES.
  An excellent road network will dramatically expand and speed up the transfer of goods and services (trade) which in turn will rapidly improve the standard of living of a nation. An improved standard of living (more money in people’s pockets) will have a knock-on effect in other areas including the construction of vital infrastructure in the fields of education, health, electricity and power production and critically the expansion of agricultural sector. FORGET PRESTIGE HEADLINE GRABBING PROJECTS SUCH AS CONSTRIUCTING AIRPORTS WHICH IN REALITY DO NOT SERVE THE VAST MAJORITY OF ORDINARY GHANAIANS
  The next priority after roads should be Railway networks which many experts argue are the best, cheapest and most efficient way to transport goods in bulk on land.

  My brother thanks for sharing ur experience with us.The last time i was in tamale was somewhere 2019.Fast forward let come to substantive issue first roads it is a big problem in this space called Ghana.
