  Deeply religious nation? Nothing but a charade. Religion has nothing to do with cleanliness. It takes public awareness and lessons taught by parents and guardians to instill the young and adults alike with a discipline about cleanliness. Religious hypocrisy can't keep folks from being irresponsible and decorating their surroundings or communities with filth.
