  what prevents the court of appeal from verifying some of these evidence themself to establish the truth rather than flatly dismissing the allegation on the meer basis that the prosecution failed to verify evidence. who do these justices take us for?????? Mahama is clearly engaged in witch hunting his political opponents whilst freeing criminals elements within his party with his so called " court justices". How can NDC's Kevin Taylor walk free whilst in Ghana, yet those NPP content creaters that are copying Kevin Taylor are constantly apprehended and unfairly imprisoned ?????????? Very soon the people will rise up and he will realise it's too late for him and his wicked and ruthless government.

  Appeal Court judges aren't supposed to retry cases. They re-examine what High court judges decided. In this case, both the High Court judge and the prosecutors did an awfully bad job! Hard to believe that all those lapses occurred. They behaved like a bunch of legally ignorant idiots! Tweah! Shame on them!
  
  I just hope that the NDC AG's office is doing a better job this time, as they failed woefully under Mills and Mahama first time. All their cases were thrown out of court. Ghanaians shouldn't tolerate the incompetence and idiocy of the AG and judges. Enough is enough!
